HMC is well known for providing attentive service with the highest integrity.  Our focus is always on the best interests of the association and its members. There are no hidden agendas with HMC or our team members and we ask for the same transparency in our communication with all clients. Effective communication builds trust which is key to a productive business relationship.

We provide timely, accurate and easy to interpret financial reports with as much detail as the Board finds useful, along with clear and detailed invoicing. Each HMC client enjoys having 24/7 web access to the Accounts Payable process, including past archives and the ability to create custom reports. HMC also uses the latest technology, software and best practices to secure membership data and each association’s banking information.

HMC has always invested heavily in providing quality education to our team members and clients to ensure the best possible outcomes in our everyday interactions. In addition to encouraging our team members to earn the most difficult industry certifications, we invest in educating our clients. HMC’s Board of Directors’ Educational Series provides free 90 minute educational programs along with networking opportunities for active Directors on a bi-monthly basis.
