HMC hosts free bi-monthly educational seminars with an array of guest speakers who are experts in their fields and leaders in the industry; CPA’s, Attorneys, Contractors, Insurance Brokers, Reserve Specialists, Mediators, etc.
The HMC management team and select support staff attend the annual multi-day CACM Northern CA Law Seminar, not only as attendees but as subject matter experts, authors and featured speakers. Our staff take pride in staying current on industry changes as well as helping educate others in the industry.

Our executive and management team members are heavily involved in our industry trade associations including authoring articles, teaching classes, attending meetings and events with local legislators as well as serving on the Boards of Directors and on various committees for CAI, CACM and ECHO.
HMC covers the costs of continuing education and maintaining certifications for its team members and offers additional financial incentives to team members as they earn more challenging industry credentials. The staff attend continuing education classes throughout the year to maintain CACM, CAI and DRE credentials.
HMC is active in raising funds for local and national charitable causes in the communities we serve including Habitat for Humanity, St. Jude Children’s Hospital, Toys for Tots, American Cancer Society, Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, Children’s Tumor Foundation, Family Giving Tree, American Red Cross, Saint Baldrick’s Foundation, Project Night-Night and other charities focused on cancer research, providing assistance to disadvantaged children and the less fortunate in our communities.
